High Court Bar Association, Biratnagar is a member organisation of Nepal Bar Association, which was established in 2048/02/16 (1991/05/30 A.D.) shortly after the enactment of the Judicial Administration Act 2048 (1991) which fused the legal profession and introduced a common roll of Advocates. HCBAB is focused on taking Province one legal industry and its enrolled members to newer heights, The association promotes members through programs that focus on access to justice, human rights, anti-corruption, judicial reform and more.
